2. Check the details - Read descriptions, look at photos, see what other customers say
3. Pick your preferences - Size, color, whatever options are available
4. Add to cart - Keep shopping or head to checkout, your choice
5. Review your stuff - Click the cart icon to double-check everything looks right
6. Checkout - You can create an account, log in, or just checkout as a guest
7. Fill in your details - Shipping address, payment info (we keep this secure, obviously)
8. Double-check and submit - Make sure everything's correct, then hit that order button

You'll get an order confirmation email right away with your order number. Keep it handy for tracking.

Absolutely, but you'll need to be quick about it. Once we've packed and shipped your order, it's pretty much game over.

Email us at orders@bonneamour.co.uk with your order number and what you need changed. We process orders fast (usually same day), so don't wait around.

If we can make the change, great. If we can't, no worries—our returns process is pretty painless.

We keep it simple:

• PayPal - Log in with your PayPal account during checkout
• Bank Cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express - all the usual suspects

Everything goes through secure payment gateways, so your details are safe.

Easy:
